Guadalupe is a municipality in the province of Cáceres, in the autonomous community of Extremadura. It lies in the Villuercas-Ibores-Jara association of municipalities. Its Royal Monastery of Santa María de Guadalupe is one of the great symbols of Extremadura.

According to tradition, a shepherd found a carving of the Virgin in the Guadalupe river, and the village grew around the chapel built there. After Santiago de Compostela, it is the most important pilgrimage centre of the Iberian peninsula. Since 2018 it has been listed among Los Pueblos Más Bonitos de España.
