Fisterra is a coastal municipality in the province of A Coruña, in Galicia, and gives its name to its comarca. Cape Finisterre lies here, long thought to be the westernmost point of the known world. The name comes from the Latin finis terrae, the end of the Earth.

It is an old port and fishing village of narrow streets leading to the Plaza de Ara Solis. A lighthouse stands on Monte Facho above the Atlantic. The municipality includes the parishes of Santa María de Finisterre, San Martín de Duyo, San Juan de Sardiñeiro and San Vicente de Duyo.
