Ferrol, also known as Ferrolterra, is a coastal comarca in the province of A Coruña, in the northwest of Galicia. Its capital is the city of Ferrol. The comarca is made up of eleven municipalities.

The Atlantic Ocean lies to the north and west, Ortegal to the east and Eume to the south. Besides Ferrol, its towns include Narón, Fene, Valdoviño, Cedeira, Ares, Mugardos and Neda.
