Baix Maestrat is a coastal comarca in the north of the province of Castellón, in the Valencian Community. Its capital is Vinaròs. To the northeast it borders Catalonia through the Montsià comarca, and it also touches Matarranya in Aragon.

Besides Vinaròs, its towns include Benicarló, Peñíscola, Alcalà de Xivert, Cálig, San Mateo, San Jorge and Traiguera. The Mediterranean lies to the east, the Plana Alta to the south and the inland Alt Maestrat and Els Ports to the west.
