Get to know Coslada

Coslada is a town in the Community of Madrid, in the Corredor del Henares, where the Henares valley meets the Jarama basin. Apart from its border with San Fernando de Henares, it is surrounded by the municipality of Madrid, yet it has always worked as a town of its own. It is home to the Dry Port of Madrid and is one of the country's main logistics hubs.

The town sits at a crossroads on the northeast exit from Madrid, between the A-2, M-40 and M-45 motorways. Rail and Metro line 7 connect it, and many residents work at the nearby airport. Along the Jarama river, which forms its northern boundary, lie the industrial and logistics areas.
