The Comarca de Guadix, also known as Accitania or the Land of Acci, is in the centre-east of the province of Granada, in Andalusia. Its historic capital is Guadix, Acci in Roman times, which gives the comarca its name. Neighbouring comarcas are Baza, Los Montes, the Vega de Granada and the Alpujarra Granadina, with Almería to the southeast.

Guadix is both the most populated and the largest municipality. Around it lie Benalúa, Purullena, Valle del Zalabí, Darro, Huéneja, La Peza and Jérez del Marquesado.
