Get to know Benidorm

Benidorm is a city in the Marina Baixa comarca, in the province of Alicante, Valencian Community. It became a summer favourite for people from inland Spain in the 1950s and today draws as many visitors from abroad as from Spain. No city in Spain has more skyscrapers.

Beaches and nightlife are the main draw, especially for visitors from the United Kingdom, and the population swells in summer. Its neighbours are Finestrat, l'Alfàs del Pi, la Nucia, Polop and Benimantell. The city hosts Benidorm Fest, where Spain picks its Eurovision song.
