Bellver de Cerdanya is a town in the comarca of Cerdanya, in the province of Lleida, in Catalonia. It is the main village of the Batllia, in the southwest of the Cerdanya, together with Prullans and Riu de Cerdanya.

Its territory is one of the largest in the comarca and takes in villages, isolated farmhouses and hamlets. It lies halfway between Puigcerdà and la Seu d'Urgell, and locals call this southern part the Petita Cerdanya.
