Sant Gervasi-Galvany is a neighbourhood of the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district of Barcelona. It lies between the Diagonal, Avinguda de Sarrià, General Mitre street, Balmes and Via Augusta. Its name comes from Sant Gervasi and from the Camp d'en Galvany development, started by its owner, Josep Galvany Castelló.

The oldest part is around Sagués and Amigó streets, while the most luxurious buildings stand between Muntaner and Alfons XII. Around Santaló street the neighbourhood has a lively nightlife with many bars and restaurants.
