El Besòs i el Maresme is a neighborhood of the Sant Martí district in northeast Barcelona. It borders the municipality of Sant Adrià de Besòs and takes its name from the nearby Besòs river and the traditional Maresme settlement.
The neighborhood grew with housing built in the 1950s and 1960s. In 2021 it had 26,116 residents. Part of the Parc del Fòrum and the Campus Diagonal-Besòs of the UPC are located within it.
