Get to know Navas

Navas is one of the seven neighborhoods of the Sant Andreu district of Barcelona. It takes its name from the metro station of the same name, opened in 1953, and Avinguda Meridiana runs through it.

The Meridiana divides the neighborhood into two parts: Banda Muntanya, with streets of the Cerdà Eixample grid, and Banda Mar, with Plaça d'Islàndia and Carrer de Bofarull. The neuralgic centre is Plaça de Ferran Reyes, where the parish church of Sant Joan Bosco stands.
