El Baix Guinardó is a neighbourhood in the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona. It is bounded to the west by Carrer de Sardenya, with El Camp d'en Grassot and Gràcia Nova beyond, and to the south by the Sagrada Família along Carrer de Sant Antoni Maria Claret. To the north it borders Can Baró along Avinguda Mare de Déu de Montserrat, and Carrer de Cartagena separates it from El Guinardó to the east.

The district office is in the Casa de les Altures, and the area has the Parc de les Aigües and the Jardins del Baix Guinardó. It also has the Guinardó Mercè Rodoreda library and a Mossos d'Esquadra police station. It had 25,842 residents in 2021.
