Argoños is a municipality in Cantabria, in the historic comarca of Trasmiera. It borders Noja to the north, Arnuero to the west, Escalante to the south, and Santoña and its bay to the east. It has 1884 inhabitants (2025).

It is part of the Santoña, Victoria and Joyel Marshes natural park, which link it with the Cantabrian Sea. It is close to Berria beach in Santoña and to the beaches of Noja. Since the end of the twentieth century it has grown as a residential and summer place.
