Alt Camp is a comarca in the province of Tarragona, Catalonia, and one of the three comarcas of the Camp de Tarragona area. Its capital, Valls, sits in the middle of the comarca. Neighbours include Conca de Barberà, Anoia, Alt Penedès, Baix Penedès, Tarragonès and Baix Camp.

Farming shapes most of the comarca. Industry clusters around Valls, close to the petrochemical complex of Tarragonès. Besides Valls, its towns include Alcover, El Pla de Santa Maria, Vallmoll, Vilarrodona, Cabra del Camp, Puigpelat and Aiguamúrcia.
