San Fernando-Princesa Mercedes is a neighborhood of the city of Alicante, in the comarca of L'Alacantí, in the province of Alicante, in the Valencian autonomous community. It is bounded by the Polígono de San Blas to the north, Florida Baja and Polígono Babel to the south, Alipark to the east and Florida Alta to the west.

The neighborhood has two zones separated by Calle de Ausó y Monzó: Princesa Mercedes, between the Gran Vía, the railway tracks and Calle Princesa Mercedes, and Francisco Albert, between the Orihuela and Aguilera avenues and the site of the former barracks. The name recalls the former San Fernando Barracks, now demolished, and Princess María de las Mercedes.
