Get to know Adra

Adra is a municipality in the province of Almería, Andalusia, in the Poniente Almeriense comarca. It began as the Phoenician colony of Abdera and is the oldest town in the province.

Its land is the southwesternmost in the province and has its own stretch of coast. To the west it borders Albuñol and Turón in the province of Granada, and to the east Berja.
