Information about listings collected by the AI agent

The controller is Serhii Poliakov EI, entrepreneur individuel (EI) under French law, micro-enterprise regime, SIRET 10527513500017, 36 rue Victor Hugo, 76530 Grand-Couronne, France. Contact for requests: [email protected]. No data protection officer has been designated; the Operator is established in the European Union and needs no representative under article 27 GDPR.

What is collected: listings publicly available on the internet — on classified advertising sites and agency websites — that match a client's request: the information about the property as published (address or district, price, characteristics, photographs) and the details of the person who published the listing, as stated in it (name, telephone number, email address).

Purpose: to present the listing to the client who is looking for housing and to let them contact its author. Legal basis: article 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest in connecting people looking for housing with people who have publicly offered it. The contact details are shown to registered users within the Service's contact-display feature; they are not sold, not passed to advertisers and not used for mailings.

Retention: the information is removed when the listing is no longer current and no later than 12 months after it was collected, unless it has been confirmed again.

A person who does not wish their listing or their contact details to be displayed in the Service sends a request to [email protected] stating the listing concerned (its link in the Service or at the source) and confirming that they are the owner of the property or the author of the listing, or are authorised to act on their behalf. The listing is unpublished and the contact details are deleted; the reply is given no later than one month.

The same address serves for the exercise of the other rights under the GDPR: access to the data and a copy of it (article 15), rectification (article 16), erasure (article 17), restriction of processing (article 18) and objection (article 21). Requests are handled free of charge.

A complaint may be lodged with the supervisory authority of the country of residence — in Spain the AEPD, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, in Portugal the CNPD — or with the CNIL, the Operator's lead authority (3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, www.cnil.fr), and proceedings may be brought before a court.

A user may describe the composition of their household in a tenant profile. The Operator stores and displays that information as part of the user's profile and is its controller; the basis is article 6(1)(b) GDPR as regards the user's contract and article 6(1)(f) GDPR as regards the person mentioned. The information is kept for as long as the profile exists; the user may edit or delete it at any time, and the person mentioned may request its removal at [email protected].

The information is processed by the Operator's processors on its instructions: the hosting provider, the object storage provider and the mapping data provider. Some of them are located outside the European Economic Area; transfers are made under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or on the basis of an adequacy decision.
