It’s a great option for students or remote workers who want extra space and comfort.✍🏼 For 2 people, there is an extra cost of €120.🛋 Shared Living SpacesThe apartment includes a spacious living room with sofa and coffee table, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, and refrigerator, a shared bathroom, and a washing machine. The shared environment is calm, quiet, and respectful, perfect for a comfortable co-living experience.⚡ Included Services : Electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, maintenance, and cleaning of common areas are all included, making your stay hassle-free.📜 The minimum rental period is three months. Upon moving in, you will pay the proportional first month’s rent and a security deposit. Minors, pets, and smoking are not allowed. Yes, available for any damage that may occur.- If you want to cancel the contract, is that possible? Yes. The contract you sign will give you the right to live in the contracted room for the contracted period, but not the obligation to stay, so you can leave the room as stated in the contract.- Who will you be living with? Tenants usually change as the average contract is 9 months, so we don''t know who will be living in the apartment with you, but we try to find people of similar ages and occupations.- Utilities: The apartment has a cap on included expenses, and if this is exceeded, the cost is shared among the housemates.- Requirements for renting: You must demonstrate that you are solvent enough to pay the monthly rent.Price for 1 tenant 520€Price for 2 tenants 650€🕒 Check-in Time and Key PickupCheck-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.The fees based on your arrival time are as follows:15:00 to 19:00 → No extra charge.19:00 to 20:30 → €30 (cash, payable to the person greeting you).20:30 to 22:00 → €50 (cash, payable to the person greeting you).From 22:00 onwards → €80 (subject to prior confirmation; cash, payable to the person greeting you).⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes.
