Fortunately, that will be easy to do with public transportation.Not only can you enjoy this vibrant area and its connections to the rest of the city, but you can come home to an apartment decorated with a youthful style. The apartment includes a shared dining room, kitchen and bathrooms.SERVICES:- Maintenance service included- If you want to change your flat or room, we will offer you the rooms that we have available for you to choose the one you like the most.RENTAL CONDITIONS:- Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses and refundable deposit- You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month.- Utilities: water, gas, electricity and internet are 100€ per month.- Minimum stay: 1 month.GUESTS POLICY:- One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights.- Previous notification by email is required.- First 2 nights are for free.- After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night.- Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant. Never in common areas.- These rules are not applicable to July and August, when guests are not allowed to stay over.
