The apartment includes a shared dining room, kitchen and bathrooms.SERVICES:- Maintenance service included- If you want to change your flat or room, we will offer you the rooms that we have available for you to choose the one you like the most.RENTAL CONDITIONS:- Only payments: Monthly rent + expenses and refundable deposit- You must pay the rent before the 5th day of each month.- Utilities: water, gas, electricity and internet are 100€ per month.- Deposite: 1000€- Minimum stay: 1 month.GUESTS POLICY:- One guest is allowed to stay in the room a maximum period of 7 nights.- Previous notification by email is required.- First 2 nights are for free.- After the 2nd night there is an extra cost of 40€ per night.- Guests must sleep in the same bedroom as the tenant. Never in common areas.- These rules are not applicable to July and August, when guests are not allowed to stay over.
