Available July 1st. We are looking for a hardworking and responsible woman between 30 and 55. The room has a key, a desk, large wardrobes, a new single bed (90x190 cm) with mattress, pillow, and sheets included, an exterior window, aluminum frame with mosquito net, and a shared bathroom with one other person, with its own clothesline. There is a new ceiling fan with remote control and LED lights of your choice. Two adult-sized wardrobes are also provided. The room has wooden floors, a TV with remote control, and a dining area with reclining chairs. The kitchen includes a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, and dishwasher. The price includes Wi-Fi, a tap with filtered osmosis water, cleaning of the stairs, and weekly cleaning of common areas. Gas, electricity, and water (billed every two months) are separate. A quiet, friendly atmosphere, respect, and the ability to live together are essential. The room is 5 minutes from the high school, primary schools, library, sports center, doctor's office, and shops.
